Oven:
Broil/BBQ/Grill from frozen : Lightly brush frozen burgers with vegetable oil. Over medium heat, cook burgers for 5 minutes on one side. Flip burgers and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Center of burger must reach a minimum 165°F (74°C) on a meat thermometer.
