Oven:
Temper burger in cold water or refrigerator until burger can be separated. Flat Top Grill/ Frying Pan: pre-heat flat top/frying pan to medium heat. Place 1 tsp of oil and cook for 3-4 min per side. Microwave: place 1 -2 pieces of burger on a microwave plate and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Insure the internal temperature reaches 165F° (74°C). Sit for 1-2 min prior to eating.
