Cooking and storage methods

Preheat to 218°C (425°F) and bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Turn once halfway through cooking. Cook chicken slightly longer for crispier bites. Cooking times may vary depending on oven used.

Preheat to 185°C (365°F) and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
